The Chula Vista Nature Center offers a variety of nature adventures for people of all ages.

Nature Discovery Tours

• Guided tours of the Nature Center and surrounding area are scheduled for Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday at 2PM.

Gone Birding!

• Birding tours are led the first, second, and third Saturdays of each month at 8AM.  Call for reservations.
• Birding tours are also led every Sunday at 11AM.

Home Composting: Less Toxic Yard and Garden Care

• Composting workshops are led the second and fourth Sundays of each month at 10AM.

Master Composter Program

• Become a composting ambassador for your community!  Learn the ins and outs of composting, and how to teach it to others.  $25 materials fee; please call for dates.

Ven Explora la Naturaleza Conmigo

• Spanish-speaking tours are led the first Sunday of the month at 1PM.

Arts & Crafts

• Arts & Crafts are offered some Saturday and Sunday afternoons.  Please call to confirm availability of program.
