When you enter the Wergeland Family Discovery Center, you step into an underwater world where you will be surrounded by marine life that are naturally found in our local waters.
Continuing through the Discovery Center, watch and see where our native species live as you transition from the bay zone to the marsh zone, and finally the upland zone.
You’ll find everything from one of the largest seahorse species in the world, to a venomous rattlesnake.
